This page contains the terms of use for the Iconly Pro app and also the Iconly Pro icons. Violating these terms is seriously prohibited and will result in legal prosecution. All rights are reserved for Iconly Pro.

Iconly App

Iconly Pro app is completely free and you do not need to pay for using it. In the free version you have access to a limited number of icons and you can use all the features of the application. The free version of the app will benefit from all future updates.

In the premium version of the app, in addition to accessing all its features, you will also have access to all the icons and you will also benefit from the future icon updates. Iconly Pro app is available for Windows and macOS.

Purchase

You will be able to purchase the Premium Version through Stripe. The premium version includes individual and team plans in monthly, Yearly & lifetime subscriptions. You will lose premium features after your Monthly or Yearly subscription is over.

With the Lifetime subscription, you will have access to all the features and all the icons forever, and there is no need to pay again.

Account

By creating an account, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. When you create an account, you agree to all of our rules.

You agree to take responsibility for any activity or action performed under your account and/or password.

You must notify us immediately upon notice of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Licenses

In all licenses, you will have the right to use icons in all personal and commercial projects.

You can use it in all projects, including the user interface, software, prints, and other graphic tools and techniques. Sending free icons to other people is unrestricted.

Sending premium icons to other people is a violation of the terms.

Contract work

If you are working on a project for your client, you do not have the right to send more than 300 icons to them. For example, you can only share the Figma file where you used the Iconly icons in that project with your client, and sending your username and password to the client violates the terms.

Team Plan

Everyone who has access to the team account can use all the features in accordance with the terms above.

Icons

All rights are reserved for the Iconly Pro and personalizing the icons and sharing them with your own name is a violation of the rules.

Disclaimer

All our products are provided "as is" without any warranty. The Iconly Pro is not responsible for any damages resulting from any defects in direct or indirect matters on the part of the designer and user.

Refund policy

We offer refund within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Utilization

Using a brand name or collecting icons without permission is against the law. This includes trade secrets and confidential information. It can harm the original brand owner's reputation and financial interests, and mislead customers. Protecting intellectual property rights is crucial to ensure a fair and competitive business environment. It's important to avoid using others' trademarks or information without proper authorization or licensing. Failure to do so can result in severe legal consequences, including fines and damages. Respect the laws and regulations that govern intellectual property.
