Welcome to the Iconly Licensing Guide. This document covers the terms and conditions for using Iconly icons and assets, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
License Plans & Commercial
Personal Subscription
For personal use, individual projects, and non-commercial work. It is intended for personal projects and does not cover commercial use.
Team Subscription
For teams working on personal or internal projects. The same usage limitations apply and it is not intended for commercial use.
Lifetime License
For commercial use of Iconly assets in projects that are not intended for resale. You can use the assets in commercial products, websites, apps, and client projects, but the assets themselves cannot be resold, redistributed, or offered as standalone assets.
Extended Commercial License
For commercial projects where you need resale rights or broader licensing permissions. This license allows eligible use cases that are not covered by the standard Lifetime License.

Get the Extended Commercial License
Important: Commercial use does not automatically mean resale rights. If the Iconly assets are being included in a product or asset that customers can purchase, the Extended Commercial License is required.
Unlimited Projects
Your license allows you to use the assets across an unlimited number of projects without any extra fees.
Attribution Requirements
No attribution is required for paid subscriptions, but if you’re using free assets, a proper credit is appreciated.
Reselling and Redistribution
Direct reselling or redistribution of Iconly assets is not allowed. This includes:
- Selling or sharing the original files
- Embedding the icons in templates or themes for resale
- Using them in logo designs
Team and Agency Licensing
Team and agency plans allow multiple users to access Iconly assets, making collaboration seamless. Make sure all team members understand the licensing terms.
Prohibited Uses
You cannot:
- Claim the icons as your own design
- Use them in a way that violates copyright laws
- Use them in any project that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities
